Order Processing

EDREN products are made to order. Please allow approximately 1–3 business days for production before your order ships. During periods of high demand, production may take longer.

Shipping

EDREN currently ships within the United States only. Please allow approximately 15–27 business days for delivery. This includes production time. Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on destination, carrier, and other shipping conditions. Estimated delivery information will be provided when available. Shipping estimates are not guaranteed.

Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information. Please contact us as soon as possible if you discover an error. Once an order has entered production or shipped, changes may not be possible.

Once your order has shipped, tracking information will be provided when available. Please allow time for tracking information to update after shipment.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your package appears to be lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us promptly with your order number and details of the issue so we can investigate and assist.

Shipping Discounts

To help keep shipping costs reasonable on larger orders, EDREN may automatically apply a Shipping Discount based on the number of hoodies in an order. Shipping Discounts are currently available for orders of 4–9 hoodies and 10–15 hoodies, with a larger Shipping Discount applied to the 10–15 hoodie tier. For orders of 16 or more hoodies, the same Shipping Discount offered for the 10–15 hoodie tier will apply. The applicable Shipping Discount will be shown at checkout.
